All of our caps are custom made from a single piece of solid, uncoated copper. One of the best attributes about copper is its unique patina process. Over time, copper caps will naturally oxidize to a range of colors without sacrificing the integrity of the metal. Many love the rustic appeal of patina, but you may choose to direct the patina to a specific color or to treat your copper products with a clear coat enamel to maintain its natural luster. Beam Caps are virtually maintenance free with no painting or staining necessary. Non-reactive copper is compatible with adhesive chemicals. We offer custom sizing to suit the needs of your home. 

In the unfortunate event that your beam caps are damaged during shipping please contact us right away. To prevent fingerprints while installing you should use clean gloves.
